Sometimes it takes some time for you to develop your niche.
Some years ago when I first started my own business I decided to be a Rented Salesperson – no sooner that I got started I ended up coaching newbie business owners, from there it just expanded into more consulting.
This bug bit me.
After working for other companies for a while, – and I then started Heart@Work originally promoting Kindness in business. It was interesting as Employers didn’t want to spend $$ on training – and of course what does Kindness have to do with business anyway?
Kindness is still one of my passions – I actually started a blog called the Kindness Diet. You are welcome to share a story of kindness and you can even contribute to writing a chapter for the e-book.
A niche, should be something you know about, something that doesn’t feel like work. It’s something that inspires you. This leads me to what Patricia wrote “Do what YOU are Inspired to Do.” This is your niche. You are better to serve people and people will feel your energy, your enthusiasm that you are really willing to help them, they will be attracted to you.
