Let’s get started in helping you to be more confident, provide practical ideas that you can start now to implement in your own dream of being a profitable artist. My personal dream would be that Art is a #1 career choice. I figure if singers and songwriters can make a living why not other creative’s?
Here’s my story, I always wanted to be an Artist, however growing up my Dad would pay for art classes but when it came to having a career Art was not a choice I could have – he wanted me to go into Sales. Well, I did in a round about way – I did enjoy Marketing & Sales, but there was always something missing – I did art classes, painted Christmas cards every year for my parents dabbled in various kinds of art – It wasn’t until the last 2 or 3 years, that if I really wanted to be a Full-time Artist, that I would need to believe in myself and just do it! Clean the old beliefs of why I couldn’t be.
Get rid of the drill Artists Starve. It seems many of us have a starving artist syndrome.
My thoughts were, “How can I do this?” That’s when the inspiration of an Artist Marketing Circle came to me. Form a circle, roll out a program – and then I had another ‘ahh’ if I could break through my own starving artist syndrome I can help others go through theirs. Even though I am working on my marketing, to become a full-time Artist, I feel I can still help you get clear on what you want to do and how to promote yourself.
