There is a licensing Magazine published quarterly you’ll find them at: Total Licensing and another magazine is called Art Business News
There are many kinds of Licensing - Art, Books, Print it all depends on what you are interested in.
Also a Canadian company based out of Burnaby, BC - Canadian Art Prints I have even bought some art prints from them. It’s a great way to start your investigation in investing in art.
Ginger gave us lots of things to be aware of, things to consider, what you need to do, where to find the information, some of it I have shared with you in this post. Where to find an Agent and definitely why you want to consider in being involved in Licensing your art. Even if you are just starting out marketing or promoting your work.
Hopefully, the next time a FREE Tele-class comes up again you will take advantage of it. I always learn something new from people who are willing to share information. Sometimes it’s just one word or an idea that changes my mind about something.
Licensing certainly has changed my mind.
